The Valencia community of Northpark was built from around the mid 1990′s to early 2000′s. Northpark is located in the Master Planned Community of Valencia, in Southern California (near Six Flags Magic Mountain). The City of Santa Clarita (of which Northpark is a part) has many awards, including being voted by CNN/Money Magazine as the ‘best’ place to live! Valencia Northpark is located from Decoro Drive off McBean Parkway and extends north to Copper Hill. The NorthPark development spans both sides of McBean Parkway and is accessed primarily via NorthPark Drive, Sunset Hills Drive and Skycrest Circle Drive. Northpark is also close to restaurants, shopping schools and parks.
The Homeowners Association, consisting of just over 1200 homes, is known for it’s beautiful amenities, including tennis courts, three swimming pools with jacuzzis and kiddie pools, a basketball half court, and a modern rental clubhouse with a full kitchen and outdoor barbeques. Courtyard Collection These cute, almost doll house like homes are a combination townhomes and condominiums. They’re smaller in size and range from about 700 sf to almost 1200. Many have direct access two car garages.
Summertime Single family homes, 3-4 bedrooms, from 1700 to 1810 sf with three car direct access garages
Greystone Collection

Single family homes by Centex Homes, 3-4 bedrooms, 1,748 to 2,150 sf, indoor laundry and 2-car direct access garages.
Willows
Single family homes appear to be among the cream of the crop! Mostly larger homes of 3-5 bedrooms, and range in size from around 2400 sf to almost 3000. Lots of living space and 2-car direct access garages.
Windsor
These are a very nice collection of single family, 3 and 4 bedroom and 3 bath homes. Almost all have three car garages and range in size from around 1500 sf to almost 2200 sf.
