 Fair Oaks Ranch Neighborhoods

The first neighborhoods were built in around 2000 starting with the Cedar Creek and Hunters Ridge tracts. The Heathstone tract is the newest and finished up around 2008 or 2009. There are at least one or two more tracts with brand new homes currently being sold. Except for the Heather Ridge condominiums, all the neighborhoods consist of single family 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes. They range in size from about 1800 SF found in Glenbrook, to over 4000 SF, which can be found in the Fairmont neighborhood.

Brand New Fair Oaks Community School and Golden Oak Community School both serve the K-6 students of Fair Oaks. Older students may attend La Mesa Jr. High and Golden Valley School of the William S.
